The Boa Constrictor is a species of
large, heavy-bodied snake.
It is a member of the Boidae family. Ten subspecies of the boa constrictor are currently
recognized. The Boa constrictor can reach lengths of anywhere from 3–13 feet depending on
the availability of suitable prey. The average size of a mature
female boa is between 7–10 feet. Females, commonly
weigh 22 to 33 lb. Boa
constrictor flourishes in a wide variety of environmental conditions such as; tropical rain forests and arid semi-deserts. However, it prefers to live in rainforest due
to the humidity and temperature. In addition to this the forest supplies natural cover
from predators and vast amount
of potential prey. The boa's diet consists of small to medium sized animals as well as birds. Rodents and lizards make up the majority of its diet. The snake has adapted to its environments by growing tough scaly skin which sheds easily. In addition ot this boa's have the ability to climb trees to hide from predators as well as hunt prey such as birds These are the adaptations the boa has undergone to thrive in its tropical rain forest environment.

The Gorilla is part of the eponymous species. They are ground-dwelling, and mostly herbivorous. Gorillas move around by knuckle-walking however, sometimes they walk upright for short distances while carrying food or in defensive situations. Male gorillas weigh 300 to 400 lb. While adult females weigh 150–250 lb. Adult males are 5.6 to 5.9 ft tall. Gorillas that live in lowland forests are more slender and agile than the eastern gorilla's. The gorillas live in a variety of habitats. They live in high and low elevations. The diets of gorillas differ between species. Mountain gorillas eat foliage, such as leaves and fruit. Gorillas have flexible diets and can live in a variety of habitats. Eastern lowland gorillas have diverse diets. These gorillas tend to consume leaves, pith and fruit. In addition to this the gorillas can also consume termites and ants.

The Red-Eyed Tree Frog has red eyes with narrow pupils. It has a vibrant green body as well as red eyes. It has webbed feet, which allow it to grip trees and swim better in water. Its webbed feet and toes are orange or red. The red-eyed tree frog has three eyelids, and sticky pads on its toes. The red-eyed tree frog spends the majority of its life in trees. They are able to travel from tree to tree because of their amazing jump. Red-eyed tree frogs are not poisonous and instead rely on camouflage to protect them selves. During the day they close their eyes and hide their feet so the appear predominantly green like a leaf. The frogs eat mostly insects.

Their are more Bats in the tropical rain forests than
any other mammal. Most bats consume primarily fruits,
however some species eat meat and drink blood. Bats depend on their sense
of smell and their use of echolocation to survive. However, bats also have the ability to see. Many plant species in the rainforest depend on bats to disperse seeds and pollinate. Bats have adapted out of caves and into rain forest life by; finding hollows of trees to live in. Bats are dynamic creatures and are found almost all over the wold.
